WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS INCORRECT?Updated a year ago

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item(s) in your order, please proceed to our returns portal and initiate a return request. Once you have started your return, please select the 'I received the wrong item' option and attach an image of the incorrect item. 

Once your request is approved, a member of our support team will reach out to you via email and send out the correct item(s).


**NOTE: Items that do not comply with our returns/exchange policy, will not be eligible to be corrected.**
