CUSTOMS DUTIES/TAXES
Updated over a week ago

Customs duties/taxes are enforced by your local government agency. You may be subject to customs duties/taxes when you are importing goods (Uncertn products) into your country. These fees are charged by the customs authority in your country. Unfortunately, we are unable to control the duties/tax amount as this process does not involve Uncertn. The customs duties/taxes amount is typically calculated based on the value of the goods you are importing and is usually due at the time of delivery. You may be subject to paying these fees based on the 'local threshold' in your country/territory.

If you decide to refuse paying these fees, your order will be sent back to us, and a shipping/handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you are unsure whether or not your order would be subject to customs duties/taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs authority.

NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all duties/taxes that may be imposed on the order.
