We offer a 30-day return period. View Full Policy.

Your return/exchange may not be accepted if any of the following apply:

  • Items are worn or washed.

  • Items aren't in the original packaging.

  • Items don't have the original tags attached.

  • Items smell of smoke, cologne, and/or detergent.

  • Items have excessive wrinkling, stains, and/or deodorant marks

  • Detached care/size labels.

  • Items are damaged.

  • Visible wear.

For Canadian & US Customers: A return label will be provided to you once your return/exchange request is approved. For refunds, an $8 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges or refunds via store credit are free. (No handling fee)

For International Customers: Please send your return via a tracked shipping method once your return/exchange request is approved. For refunds, the original shipping fee will not be included.

NOTE: Uncertn has the right to refuse any return/exchange that does not comply with our returns policy. Items marked 'Final Sale' or 30% off*+, are ineligible for return.
