In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we would be more than happy to offer you a full refund or replace the item! To submit a return request for a defective item, please visit our returns portal. Items marked as defective must have a full-length picture of the item including the defect, Uncertn logo, and tag when submitting the return request for it to be approved. We are not responsible for defects caused by excessive wear, incorrect washing/care, and/or external forces.

NOTE: All claims for defective items must be made within 30 days of delivery.
