MY CARD GOT CHARGED BUT MY ORDER DIDN'T GO THROUGH?

Not to worry! This is a normal issue that can happen to multiple customers. The charge you see is only a pending charge. This charge means you attempted to submit an order and our system attempted to charge your card but it was not successful. This could be due to an incorrect billing address, card verification, etc.

All successful orders will automatically receive an order confirmation email. The charge amount you see will automatically get refunded back to the original payment method within 2-5 business days.
