Returns should be sent back in the original packaging and original mailer bag that the items came with. In the event that you no longer have the mailer bag, your local post office should be able to provide one.
Further return instructions will be sent via email once your return request has been approved.
NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to keep all original packaging the items came with. If the items aren't sent in the original garment bag (separate from the original mailer bag), your return will be denied. Shipping fee adjustments caused by using a new mailer bag are the responsibility of the customer.
